This is the video that taught me ow to make the nike logo. I chose to make this logo because I love nike and its logo. I learned  a lot of new things from this video and I learned how to do different things in illustrator.

This week in ecom we learned about typography. We learned he much of an impact the font of your words can have. We also learned what different prats of a letter are called. What i found interesting was how many different fonts there are and how they all have their own meaning.  

This week in graphic design we learned about color physiology and color wheels. We learned in what order a color wheel goes and and what all the colors are. We also learned what each color stands for and what is symbolizes. One thing we did was created our own color wheel to show what we learned.

                    Color Physiology

We had do a project comparing 2 things then explain the color physiology behind it.I compared water and coffee. The physiology behind them is that the water is a blue color which represents calm and peaceful which you may want when drinking water. The coffee is brown which a warm color and when you thing of coffee you usually think of warmth. 

 

    One of the connections I made to graphic design was a new album the one of my favorite bands released. I made this connection because the front of the cover has a lot of colors and drawing on it. another connection I made was to my favorite basketball player LeBron James. I made this connection because he has a logo that symbolizes him and he has it on all of his products. My last connections I made was for my favorite book, The Hunger Games trilogy. I made this connection because all the books only have one symbol which s a bird. Anytime I think of these books I always think of that bird.
